Materials:

• fresh flowers or various bouquets of your favorite fake flowers
• green floral tape
• green floral wire
• silver or gold steel wire
• scissors
• ribbon for ends 

Instructions:

Step 1. Measure the size of your head and cut steel wire to that size.

Step 2. Decide where your focal point will be on your headpiece and using the floral tape, wrap the tape around both sides (use step 1. in image above as a guide).

Step 3. Trim flowers about two inches below the bud and using green floral wire, secure the flower to the steel wire. Alternating flowers in a desired pattern, continue to secure flowers to steel headpiece.

Step 4. When you reached a preferred look, using the floral tape go back over and cover visible areas. Finish ends with ribbon of choice.
