- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper for more spice
- Cut and scrape avocados into a bowl. Mash with a fork and add remaining ingredients.
- Serve with freshly cut celery, carrots, and my plantain chips!
